Emily Rowney is a passionate and caring therapist. Emily has completed courses in equine sports massage and is currently studying her diploma of equine acupuncture. We are fully insured and servicing Maitland, Raymond Terrace and Newcastle area. Will travel further but travel fee may be charged.

Emily’s passion for equine Bodyworks all started when she was injured herself. After numerous surgery’s and rehabilitation Emily defeated the odds and was able to continue doing the things she loves. This sparked her to start her course in Equine Sports Massage. She completed that course and kept pushing herself to learn more and jumped into a diploma in equine acupuncture which she is still completing. Emily lives and breathes horses and has a passion for helping them to perform at their best. She recently had a trip to Canada where she was able to help numerous horses get back into the competition ring when they were unable to perform. Fully insured and a member of ETAA

Equine sports massage
Equine sports massage is the use of hands to massage and manipulate a horses muscles. By doing so, sore and tight muscles can easily be restored and your horse has the ability to perform at it's best ability. Your horses blood flow will also increase aiding the healing process. Stretches are also performed which can increase your horses reach improving paces and ability to bend.
